Ragnar wasn't called Ragnar when we met them, and they didn't have the iconic viking mask. Together with the founders, we worked our process to wrap their remarkable team relays in a compelling and irreverent brand.
ACTION
We created and implemented the Ragnar brand, developing the name, logo and style guide. Ragnar Orange was chosen not only for its boldness, but for its visibility as well. Relay safety is a core principal for the company. We then applied the new look to a range of materials from posters and trade show booths to vehicles, medals, and the iconic the Ragnar start/finish arch.
RESULTS
We helped Ragnar pair a powerful relay experience with a vibrant and memorable brand. Significant growth followed and a trail relay series was added along the way. There are now nearly 30 Ragnar Relays across the US. You can recognize a Ragnarian by the race stickers on their car, or in some cases by the tattoo on their skin.
